most of our items are handmade if you order after 11am or at night, your order will be made the next day and posted at 1pm. if you select a faster postage please leave a working email address or mobile number (its to get a 2 hour tracking slot for your delivery the next day) .This applies to orders going to England and Wales.

we have upgraded our posting method. brought out a cheaper economy delivery too.
orders posted every working day mon -fri except on bank holidays.

POSTAGE COSTS: IRELAND Customs are refusing deliveries so we no longer post to ireland as of 18th Ocotber 2023 until further notice. all rights reserved 18/10/2023.

DUE to Brexit issues in Jan 2021.updated 18/10/23 still in dispute at customs office overseas so we are no longer posting to ireland so sorry. we have decided to only post to the following places ENGLAND WALES SCOTLAND. until things are resolved.

  4.Despatch and delivery
   
   For fast turn around Heaven and Hope post every day except weekends and bank holidays which are out of our control.Your order is processed for despatch within 2 working days.

5.Simple Returns and refund system.

How to send a return back made simple....
Easy returns system in place.
Fill in the returns form which will have been sent with your item/s.
add our label and post it back.
Retain a free proof of postage slip from the post office for peace of mind.
if you require an exchange we will send the next item out to you upon return approx turnaround 7-10 days for uk deliveries.
if you opted for a refund instead A full refund of the items you returned minus postage costs will be returned to your account once it has arrived back to our office.(subject to an unused resalable condition).
Refunds are done by the refund department must be returned within 14 days of receipt.refunds processed with 14 days of receipt back to our office.
