can we collect baby funeral clothing from you in person from Heaven and Hope
We at HEAVEN AND HOPE have upgraded our health and safety policies in conjunction with Covid 19 2022. we no longer offer a collect in person service from customers direct.
we understand the need to have funeral clothing to dress your baby in urgently. With continuous upheaval in the UK right now. Plus with royal mail strike disruptions we have upgraded the way we work. This takes place As of September 10th 2022. all rights reserved on this matter.

Most of the burial items on our website are hand made per order/ per outfit. Baby bereavement items therefore get priority over our other websites site that provides premature clothes for the nicu..

What we offer now on both sites is posting to the UK including ENGLAND, IRELAND, SCOTLAND, WALES. we use a courier for England and Wales. You are welcome to arrange your own courier service to collect your parcel from us. You will need to organise this and pay for this service at your end.

where do I start you may ask ? What details do they need for you to book a collection direct? ....What they tend to ask for is 1.where is it going.... 2. what is the weight of your parcel. 3. what is the inside contents of your parcel and what are the dimensions measured in mm or cm.

Postage is getting far too expensive in all areas these days. So we have had to rethink the cheapest and most reliable way to get out your order to you quickly.

Using our courier instead of royal mail now... what we have been told of recently is if you are not going to be in please put SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS for the delivery driver on the final checkout page on our website. or the delivery driver will take your item back to the depot. we would hate for there to be delays getting this lovingly made item to you.

December 2022-23 here are the last posting dates to reach you in time for Christmas.  

1. To a UK address .. 21ST DEC use SPECIAL DELIVERY TO REACH YOU BY 24TH DECEMBER 2022.

4. FOR PREMATURE BABY CLOTHES Closed over Christmas 21st DECEMEBER 2021 back to normal 3rd JANUARY 2023.

 1. Dear customers Royal mail STRIKES ARE CAUSING DELAYS SO WE WILL NOT BE USING THEM FOR SPECIAL DELIVERY.

2. We will use our own courier for special deliveries. If you will not be in put an instruction note on your door . Telling the driver where you want him to leave your parcel OR they will take it back if you don't, and are not at home.

Order by 1pm for a next WORKING DAY delivery.For any items that need making, we will let you know by phone or email if we need a little extra time to complete it.please be aware we realize some orders need a faster dispatch especially for baby bereavement items, we offer this faster delivery service but it depends on Royal Mail, bad weather conditions and traffic delays that can also hold up any orders.Special delivery orders received on Friday after 1.10pm will be posted MONDAY following the weekend.

Im not sure of my baby's weight or size how can i Order then? top

We have been making baby burial clothes since 2007 and are very experienced in babies sizes for the tiny little ones under 24 weeks. In the past  a lot or orders were made by birth weight but because babies under 24 weeks do not weight much and are more by length then we now offer orders on the website by gestational age in pregnancy that baby was delivered at or by age baby stopped growing in the womb if baby passed away early on in pregnancy.Lots of items come in any size in cm too to make it easier for ordering too.

As business owner I recommend you focus the funeral service as a celebration of life, as a lot of adult funeral hymns are very sollem and you cant get your words out to sing them because you feel so choaked up.Having worked for over 28 years with babies and very young children focus the songs on what they would appreciate to listen to from heaven lullabyes, soothing songs you can play as guests arrive that breaks the silence .toe tapping nursery jingles,or Sunday school songs because children love to be joyful.The words in kiddies church songs are about creation, life, love and joy which the love of children brings to each and every one of us.You'll find a great mixture to browse through on our website.mix in a few poems or comforting words and prayers and that will be a wonderful family event to say goodnight and God bless to baby with.
